Games-to-Play List

“Are you afraid of the dark? You should be.”

These are titles I already own which fit the vision and theme of DREADPIXELS. They’re not all survival horror games but they each touch on the different facets of horror gaming. From action-packed horror to psychological thrillers, and from dark, atmospheric RPGs to post-apocalyptic survival, these games capture the unease of paranormal encounters and adrenaline-fueled combat versus hordes of the undead. My goal with DREADPIXELS is to explore these different styles of games and find out how they push the boundaries of fear, and to try to have a little fun along the way.

I’ve highlighted the ones I have finished already and I’ll continue to highlight them as I go through the list. There should be enough here to keep me going for the next twenty years. And of course, there’s new games too. Let’s not forget about the new games… That’s an entire list all of it’s own.
